Safety is a serious business for Leedsafe. The family-owned company was started in 1991 and has steadily grown to become one of the largest wearable safety equipment suppliers in Christchurch. General Manager Brendan Rice says excellent service is what has helped push the business forward.

Leedsafe’s relationship with Global Office started in 2009, as the company’s client-base began to grow. “We knew it was time to update the way we did business. We asked lots of business friends for advice about who to talk to, and Global Office was the company that came through loud and clear.”
Global Office worked with Leedsafe on creating an online version of its previously manual ‘Smart Store’ – a consignment stock system for its customers. Product is still housed at the customer’s location, making it available to them 24/7, yet Global Office has helped streamline the consignment process.
Brendan says Global Office had no problem integrating Leedsafe’s new e-commerce site with its accounting system. Once an order is received via the website, an invoice is automatically generated and sent back to the customer. “It’s much more convenient for our customers and has saved us a lot of time too,” Brendan says.
Global Office also developed Leedsafe’s website back in 2009, and continues to keep it updated to help give the company an edge over its competition.
